Pancreatic dysplasia
This photo of a pancreatic duct reveals normal epithelium on the left and dysplasia on the right. There are progressive levels of dysplasia, pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN), intervening between normal mucosal epithelium and invasive carcinoma.
