Coronal T1-weighted MR image of the brain demonstrating a 3.6cm x 2.6cm x 2.3cm, enhancing dural-based

extra-axial mass in the left parietal region.  Patient is a 84 year old woman who presented with altered mental

status while speaking to her family.  She subsequently developed generalized tonic-clonic seizure.

The mass was sucessfully resected, and patients' symptoms improved.
