Acute proliferative glomerulonephritis (APGN)
EM of a glomerulus showing a portion of 3 capillaries, all obliterated by swollen endothelial cells and inflammatory cells. The
basement membrane appears thin and and numerous flat or dome-shaped subepithelial granular dense deposits are identified.
