Acute proliferative glomerulonephritis (APGN)

 

 

IM staining with IgG (25x). Abundant capillary granular deposits. Their distinctly granular character, small size, and

peripheral distribution are typical of the subepithelial deposits (“humps”) seen in post-streptococcal acute glomerulonephritis.
