Autosomal recessive polycystic kidney disease (other organs)
Cystic changes may be seen in the liver (left) and pancreas. In the liver the cysts represent dilated bile ducts. A
progressive fibrosis often develops resulting in portal hypertension. Pancreatic involvement is less severe in most cases.
