Chest Rendering

The RIH Department of Diagnostic Imaging provides a wide range of clinical planning, postprocessing, and other 3D/4D services, including segmentation and annotation, tumor volumetry, image fusion, surface extraction, and animation. A variety of advanced clinical image-handling and postprocessing tools are available, including Advantage, TeraRecon, and Velocity. Automatic batch processing for large image datasets is available through Brown University's HIPAA-compliant high performance computing facility, the Center for Computation and Visualization. 3D fabrication from DICOM is available in conjunction with the Prince Lab at Brown University School of Engineering.
