Named after Brown's infamous Professor Josiah Carberry, it's no surprise that Josiah's, Brown's largest snack bar, is the most popular hang-out on campus. Located in the middle of the Vartan Gregorian Quad, Josiah's is known for its selection of American all-time favorites. You'll have your choice of grilled sandwiches, custom salads, items from the grill as well as soups, quesadillas, ice cream and snacks.
New this year at Jo's: To keep up with demand we have added an extra of quesadillas on Friday. We've added rotating specials on Mondays. Check out our "Healthier Snacking" area featuring new items like pop chips. At the cutting board, try the new puffed brown rice. At the grill, enjoy our new entree, grilled kielbasa. Or spice up your life with our new line of premium sauces: sriracha mayo, bourbon sauce, sweet fruit chutney, red pepper relish, sauerkraut or roasted garlic whole grain mustard.
