2016 Summer@Brown Program Fees
Please note that fees are billed for each class the student is registered for. Each class fee is determined by class length. The student’s bill is not determined by the overall duration the student resides on campus.
Extra-curricular activities are open at no charge to all students, whether residing on or off campus.
Students enrolled in multiple classes running concurrently will be billed per class, with residential fees only for time spent living on campus. Ex. a student enrolled in two one-week classes running over the same week will be billed for two one-week class fees, plus applicable residential fees for one week.
Consecutive classes will also be billed per class. Ex. a student in two two-week classes running over four weeks will be billed for two two-week class fees, plus applicable residential fees for four weeks.

Payment Due Dates
All program balances are due by Thursday, May 26th*. Students who register after the initial payment deadline must pay their balance upon registration. Students will be billed monthly until the balance is paid. Students are not permitted to carry a balance while on campus.
* Students who require an I-20/F1 Visa have specific payment deadlines. Please review the Information for International Students page for additional information.

Withdrawals & Refunds
Please visit the Refund Policies section of our Policies page for information regarding withdrawals and refunds. Withdrawals must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. Absence from the class/program does not constitute withdrawal.
