02/14/200: Numerical integration of differential equations using MATLAB: For students who need any help in this, we have arranged a section with Nikhil (TA for this course) in 751 B&H, at 4 PM - 5 PM, 02/14/2006. Depending on number of interested students, we will move this section to Computational Lab on first floor of B&H.

A simple MATLAB routine to compute c = sqrt(a2 + b2), where a and b are vectors of length N.
% Define a and b

b = 1:2:20;
% Compute c
c = sqrt(a.*a + b.*b);
% Or, this can also work!
