Harry Anastopulos: You've really flushed out many of the highlights of Neo-Classical Providence. I'm always amused when I see Classical architectural elements on Christian structures: it seems rather ironic that these elements originally meant for structures of pagan worship later end up adorning structures centered on Christian worship! The Greek legacy certainly transcends the ages, as is made clear through your project.

Harry Anastopulos: Another thought: now that I think about it, I feel as if many of the best-preserved ancient Greek structures that we've looked at in this course are those that were later transformed into Christian or Muslim places of worship. Interesting...

Rachel Griffith: I'm really impressed with the meticulousness of your project. It seems really well organized and professionally written. I also found it interesting that you chose a similar topic to Peter and me, but the projects had a very different feel to them. And, I agree with Harry on the irony of the Christian relationship with Greek pagan architecture.
