You + Dinner + Atmosphere = Us...Supper Club is catching on, it's mathematically proven. 

Last night, we hosted our third Supper Club in the Ratty. As I peered out the loading dock window I noticed one female attendee dancing over to the group. Hmm? No one was acting shy? That's unusual. Turns out 9 of the guests signed up together, group date night!

Dinner, was something new, Chef Aaron is proudly calling the dish Ris'oat'to. Instead of the traditional rice risotto this is an Oat risotto that you customize. Toppings include, sun dried tomatoes, basil pesto, Parmesan cheese, peas, mango and more. Wait...?? Mango? Yup, this bar has both sweet and savory options. Be bold, mix and match. Supper club diners were the first to try this concept and with their go ahead the dish will be featured on Roots and Shoots for the rest of the week (lunch and dinner). If you try it and have thoughts, let us know. 

The conversation included the way we connect with all of you. Getting ourselves more active on facebook seems like the way to go. No problem, we like facebook as much as the next guy. (read further for links to our pages.) We heard again that your favorite sides are veggies that haven't been covered in sauces. But that doesn't mean you don't want sauce, you just want to add it yourself. Keep your eyes peeled because the flavor station is going to explode.

We are going to bring in new options and give suggestions for ways to mix two to three of the available ingredients to make something incredible. Our culinary team are magicians. While the smoothie bike was fun, 'Night on the Hill' featured your favorite meal at a special event so far. Berries, berries, berries...let us think about this one.

You like chicken Parm and Eggplant Parm, we knew that. Did you know we served 550 portions of Chicken Parm during lunch yesterday? Or that we hand bread every piece of eggplant which comes from Art Mello's Farm in Tiverton, RI? I know, right?!
