BMFA Mission
 

BioMed Faculty Administration (BMFA) supports more than 2,500 faculty in the Division of Biology and Medicine in their teaching, research, clinical, and administrative roles. BMFA facilitates the recruitment, appointment, retention, and promotion of faculty members across four campus-based departments, two hybrid departments and 14 clinical departments in nine hospitals. We sponsor educational and mentoring programs such as grant writing, promotion, and peer mentoring workshops. BMFA manages faculty data and provides reporting to both internal partners and external organizations. We work collaboratively to ensure that BioMed's policies and practices are consistent with University goals.
