The Office of Biomed Communications maintains an email service for internal communications with Division faculty and staff.

Emergencies, funding opportunities, and other timely announcements can be submitted to [email protected]. Events should be submitted for inclusion in the Event Digest, an email listing of Division events.

The submitter is solely responsible for the content of the announcement; however, communications staff reserve the right to deny requests if information is incomplete or if the content does not support the mission of the Division of Biology and Medicine.

Submit an Announcement

When warranted, the Office can send requests for proposals to different audiences within the Division. Announcement submissions can be sent to Office_of_Biomed_Communications[email protected]. Submissions should be proofed for spelling and grammar, should indicate preferred audience (faculty and/or staff) and a subject line.

Submit an Event 

The Event Digest consolidates the Division's many events into a single email sent weekly to faculty and staff.
