Academic Interests:

I enjoy teaching medical students, residents, and GI fellows.  My areas of interest within Gastroenterology include interventional endoscopy/acute GI bleeding, hepatitis/liver disease, celiac sprue,pancreatic cancer, colon cancer screening and especially Inflammatory Bowel Disease.  My group is involved with several clinical trials with cytokine based therapies for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
