Freequently asked questions for the general public

HOW MAY I GET A TICKET?

Call (401) 863-3260, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., beginning on Nov. 8. You may reserve up to two tickets, while supplies last. Only a limited number of public tickets will be available.

I CALLED AND GOT A BUSY SIGNAL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Call back between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

MAY I RESERVE A TICKET ON-LINE?

No, the public may reserve tickets by telephone only.

WILL THERE BE A TICKET WAIT LIST?

Sorry, no.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKET?

By entering through the press entrance to the left of the main doors outside Salomon Center 101, beginning one half hour before the event.

MAY I PICK UP MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?

Sorry, no.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.

WHEN WILL THE DOORS OF SALOMON CENTER OPEN?

The doors will open one-half hour before each event.

IS THERE ASSIGNED SEATING?

Seating is open, and on a first-come, first-served basis.

ARE CAMERAS ALLOWED?

Photography is allowed, but using a flash is prohibited.

CAN I BRING A BAG OR BACKPACK?

Small bags, such as pocketbooks or fanny-packs, are allowed. Large bags and backpacks will not be permitted.

WILL TICKETED EVENTS BE SIMULCAST?

Yes, in adjacent Sayles Hall. Tickets are also required for simulcast seating. In the event that there are seats available, they will be given away at the beginning of the presentation.

ARE THERE ANY MORE TICKETS AVAILABLE?

If there are any extra tickets, priority will be given to those with a ticket to the simulcast.
