The focus of this session will be on the theoretical, experimental, and numerical studies of suspensions and other dispersed multiphase systems including, but not limited to, phenomena involving the coupling of fluid dynamics with Brownian motion, inter-particle forces, and external fields. Some topics of interest include micro- and macro-rheology, interfacial phenomena, kinetic and phase behavior, and the behavior of emulsions and foams.
