Hello, I am Jeffrey Pfau. I am a Computer Science concentrator, but my general interests pervade so far that it would be too verbose to list all of them on this page. One interest I have is ancient and proto-culture, including, but not limited to, pre-Roman Egypt, ancient Greece, ancient central America (e.g. Maya), and pre-Communist China. I have not studied these in much detail, however, and wish to expand my knowledge of these in due time, although not necessarily in this course. Also of interest is language and writing, its mutation, and its origins, although I know even less about this. In the realm of computer science, I have not yet decided my primary interest. However, I seem to enjoy low- to mid-level tinkering in languages like C over high-level coding in languages like Python. (Don't get me wrong--Python is a great language, but not my favored language.)
