The Ouija board, to the non-fundamentalist, is acceptable if use is kept trivialized but condemned if it is internalized. They believe that if the Ouija is turned to for advice or comfort it turns from a playful object to one of sin. It is not seen as an evil force unless a person is to give the Ouija board more faith than they give to God. (Hunt, 95)
