Rep. Foley Questions Hall About Shredding of Documents

Ms. Hall says she felt uneasy about shredding documents, but believed in Col. North and thought he had valid reasons. She knew that it was a gross violation of the security of documents to remove classified documents and shred them. She wishes she could undo what she did.
