International Orientation is organized and sponsored by the Graduate School, the Office of International Student & Scholar Services, the Office of Global Engagement, and the Office of the Vice President for Campus Life and Student Services.

Meet your peer mentor and fellow graduate students on the Main Green for lunch and a discussion on academic and community life at Brown. The name of your peer mentor is listed on the back of your nametag.

Elke Breker and Kelsey Dennis provide an overview of immigration regulations pertaining to maintenance of F-1 and J-1 student status.

Intercultural Communication
Sara Gramley presents intercultural communication questions and scenarios on a variety of topics, with time for discussion.

Wellness Panel
Representatives from B’Well, Counseling and Psychological Services, Health Services, the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, Public Safety, Student and Employee Accessibility Services and Student Support give a preview of services and resources, with time for questions.
