Game night at the GCB
8 pm
Meeting Point:
The GCB is located in the basement of 42 Charlesfield St. but since it is a little difficult to find it, we will meet at the corner of Thayer and Charlesfield Streets at 8pm and walk there together.

The Grad Center Bar is one of our favorite hangouts at Brown. It has a very relaxed and informal vibe, so it is a great place to meet other graduate students. We can play pool, darts, and board games, so, even if you don’t drink, you can still join us and have a great time.

Note: you must bring a valid form of ID (passport, or a US issued ID, or US driving license. Other forms of ID from your country are not valid) You have to have an ID to enter, even if you are not buying drinks. Also bring your Brown ID to get your free membership to the GCB. Please remember that in the US you have to tip bartenders, waiters, and any person who provides you service. The appropriate amount to tip is at least 15-20%.
