Practice Areas
The Office provides advice and counsel on a wide range of legal matters. The Office’s attorneys are general practitioners and may engage outside counsel to assist them concerning matters requiring specialized expertise. Outside counsel will not contact administrators directly without prior authorization of this Office. Administrators should not contact outside counsel directly on University business.
Beverly Ledbetter oversees and is responsible for all areas of the Office’s practice. She has designated other counsel as primary contact in certain practice areas. When matters related to these areas are received by the OGC they are directed to the primary contact.
