Andrew is a composer, lyricist and musical director residing in New York. His latest compositions include Torah! Torah! Torah! (which premiered at Playwrights Rep last summer), Flipside (Frederick Loewe Award Winner), A Seat on the One-Train, The Rat Who Heard Too Much, The Session, and The Best Brown Musical Ever: The Musical! (an homage to Brown University). He is the musical director of the sketch comedy group The Apple Sisters (ECNY Award, best musical comedy act), and recently performed with them at The Bowery Ballroom and Webster Hall, as well as at the Charleston, Chicago and San Francisco sketch comedy festivals. He holds an MFA in musical theatre writing from The Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and a BA in music from Brown University, where he currently serves as an adjunct lecturer.
