Phoebe graduated from Brown with a BA in Comparative Literature. Brown credits include Hair, The Pursuit of History (Evie), Melancholy Play (Frances), and The Changeling (Diaphanta). Phoebe is a member of Out of Bounds, Brown's premier sketch comedy group, and she wrote and performed a one-woman show, Can You Hear Me Now? as part of Brown's Solofest 2009.
