Theater Information, Directions, and Seating Charts

The Catherine Bryan Dill Center for the Performing Arts is comprised of three main performance spaces located in two separate buildings - Lyman Hall and Faunce House. Situated on the northern side of the main campus, the courtyard to these buildings is easily accessed from Waterman Street between Brown and Thayer streets. The courtyard and each performance venue are marked with carved stone marquees like the one pictured here to your left.

Free Parking is available on the street and in campus lots after business hours on weekdays and all day on weekends.

The Brown Theatre Box Office is located in the lobby of Leeds Theatre. Box Office summer hours are:

June 21 to July 1:
12-4 pm Tuesday - Friday

July 5 - July 30:
12-4 pm Tuesday - Saturday
and
5-8 pm Wednesday through Saturday

Leeds Theatre is located in Lyman Hall. Its lobby is in the covered breezeway between Lyman and Salomon Halls which has two entrances. One doorway opens onto Lincoln Field across from the statue. The other entrance opens onto the Dill Center courtyard and is visible from Waterman Street between Stuart Theatre and Hunter Psychology Lab. The courtyard entrance is wheelchair accessible.

Strasberg Studio is located directly below the campus post office and Stuart Theatre in the basement level of Faunce House. The Studio is accessed via the Leeds Theatre courtyard. The stairs are located to your right as you face the Leeds Theatre entrance. Strasberg Studio seats 50 and is not wheelchair accessible.

T. F. Green Hall, which opened after renovation in September 2003, is a student-run center for the arts. Production Workshop works collaboratively with the Student Activities Office to provide oversight of the facility. T.F. Green is located at 7 Young Orchard St. (at the corner of Young Orchard and Cooke Streets). From the Dill Center, head south on Thayer Street, take a left on Charlesfield, and follow it as it turns into Young Orchard until you reach Cooke. T. F. Green will be on your left. Parking is available along the street.
