Residential Council Minutes :: March 14, 2000

Present: Jeff Mizrahi, Jay Plansky, Ross Lipsky, Leah Scherzer, Jennifer

Desrochers, Dean Forsberg

Absent: Lori Cole, Pat Robertson (excused)

1. Lottery Stuff:
Segment III is this Wednesday (3/15) at 6 P.M. in Salomon 101.

2. Policy Stuff:
Revisions to the Program House Guidelines are being written and will be
distributed soon.

3. Program House Stuff:
Presentation by Multinational House followed by discussion.
Vote on proposal to recommed Multinational House for housing -
In favor: 8
Opposed: 0
Abstentions: 0

Vote on proposal to place (for next year) Bottega in Sears, HAVEN
in Chapin, Sava Community Service House in Sears, and Mutinational House in
New Pembroke #2:
In favor: 8
Opposed: 0
Abstentions: 0

Vote on proposal to allow independents access to Alpha Chi Omega's
and Zete's kitchens in their respective buildings due to low Greek numbers
and high numbers of independents in those buildings:
In favor: 7
Opposed: 1
Abstentions: 0

NOTE: This proposal may be re-voted on at the next meeting due to the
possibility of inaccurate numbers being reported to Res Life.

4. Next Meeting: Tuesday, March 21st at noon in South Wayland Lounge.
