The committee then discussed the first pick in the lottery.
• Aren’t many ideas or alternatives
• Why not go with lip sync because people were happy with it?
o Not fair
• Lip sync was not a campus-wide event because not many people showed up
• What about if we brought in BOLT and had a cooperative competition?
• We can explore other possibilities and fall back on a scavenger hunt if nothing better comes up
• Jeopardy? Possible issue with too many contestants
• Need something that will generate enthusiasm for ResCouncil
• Real-world video audition – “why are you the best Brown student ever?”
• Want something to be fun

A motion was made to end the scavenger hunt. The motion was seconded and passed with a vote of 6-0-5.

All ResCouncil members were asked by Adam to think about an alternative to the scavenger hunt over the Thanksgiving vacation. The Thursday we get back from Thanksgiving, Lottery Committee will be meeting at 6 pm in the Lower Blue Room.
