Postdoctoral Research Associate Program

Each year the department appoints a one-year Postdoctoral Research Associate. The program is intended to support the development of a junior scholar in either Egyptology or Assyriology. The Postdoctoral Research Associate is expected to conduct their own research, teach one course per semester, and to participate in the academic life of the department.

The Postdoctoral Research Associate position is usually advertised the beginning of the fall semester with an application deadline of 1 December.
