How to Apply

Application Deadline: February 28, 2010

1. A completed Online Application
2. Official transcript (non-Brown students only)
3. $300 non-refundable program deposit (checks made out to: Brown University)

The following forms and documents are required to complete your application:
Deadline to submit documents: April 1, 2010

1. Summer Abroad Acceptance Form
2. General Travel Waiver
3. Immunization History Form (non-Brown students only)
4. Health Insurance Waiver Form (only for non-Brown students waiving the Brown student health insurance plan)
5. Disability and Medical Accommodations Form (as applicable)
6. Copy of your passport photo page (must be valid at least 3 months after the end of the program)
7. Copy of your travel itinerary
