I'm a sophomore from California (bay area) studying literary arts. This class is unlike anything else I've taken at Brown thus far; last year, I took a lot of classes on the creative side, though I did take one history class. I'm really excited to stretch myself and look at things with a more analytical eye. I look forward to digging deep in class discussions and collaborating with y'all. On a potentially related note, I moved around a lot this summer, and recently I've been thinking a lot about how many things I have and whether or not they are necessary to keep as memories or for their possible uses in the future.
