Prestigious Fellowship such as the Rhodes, Marshall, Mitchell, Schwarzman and Fulbright offer funding, international travel, intellectual engagement, graduate study, cultural experiences, and new friendships. Seniors are eligible to apply immediately after graduation and should begin thinking about and preparing for these opportunities now.
Recent graduates make outstanding candidates; this year one of our Schwarzman winners and our Rhodes winner were recently graduated students.
If you have a strong academic record, have been involved in activities, participate in public service work (broadly defined) and are interested in studying in the U.K., you should consider the Rhodes, Marshall, and/or other U.K. Fellowships.
If you are interested in study in another country, pursuing an independent research project abroad, or teaching abroad, you should consider the Fulbright.
Dean Dunleavy holds office hours on Mondays from 1:00pm-4:00pm and on Thursdays from 10:30am-12:00pm in University Hall, suite 213. She will also be holding office hours during the summer by appointment.
