This web site is updated regularly to offer information about a wide range of topics useful to incoming international students and scholars, both before and after their arrival in the United States. OISSS provides support in the development of university policies and programs relating to issues particular to international exchange, and additionally works with organizations that serve the needs of Brown's international community. The office maintains active relationships with the Graduate School, the Admissions Office, the Office of the Dean of the College, the Career Development Center, the Office of Student Life, and the Committee on Academic Standing, the ESL programs, and the Office of International Programs.
Due to recent University guidance related to Covid-19 health concerns, the Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISSS) will be working remotely beginning Wednesday, March 18 until further notice.
During this time, we are available via email and phone/zoom consultations.
