Tracy Mansour joined the Office of Residential Life on July 2019 as Director of Residential Operations. In this role, Tracy provides leadership and management for the operational function of Residential Life. She manages a team of six staff and reports to our Dean of Students and AVP, Koren Bakkegard, on ensuring smooth and effective service to our students and the Brown community. Tracy is a member of the Campus Life Executive Group (CLEG).
Tracy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in operations from within Brown University as the Director of Auxiliary Housing, responsible for all of Brown's residential and auxiliary real estate programs and positions she has held in the Real Estate Office over the last 10 years. Tracy has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island, was a licensed RI Real Estate Salesperson, and has completed Boston University’s Commercial Real Estate certificate program. She is also a 2013-2014 Brown Ambassador, and received the 2017 Excellence Award from Brown for Diversity and Inclusion. She currently serves as Vice President of the Executive Officers’ Committee for the Association of University Real Estate Officials, and is a charter member and Vice President of the West Warwick Lions.
