Audra Van Wart PhD

Dr. Van Wart leads the development and management of a variety of programs for graduate and postdoctoral training, as well as programs to enhance physician scientist research career development.
Graduate Program Manager
Tracey manages funding support for graduate students, plans special events and trainings, and helps advise students on graduate matters. She also supports Dean Harrington.
Jennifer Ducharme is the administrator for the Brown Respiratory Research Training Program. Jennifer also serves as a coordinator for the IMSD Program.
Graduate Program Coordinator, Therapeutic Sciences
The Graduate Program Coordinator, Therapeutic Sciences provides student support assisting with administrative tasks and coordinating events for TSGP co-directors, Dr. Anita Zimmerman and Dr. Sean Lawler, and Biotechnology director Dr. Jacquelyn Schell.
Postdoctoral Program Coordinator and Administrator
Andrea Goldstein, MPA
Andrea is the BioMed Postdoctoral Administrator and assists with postdoctoral appointments, searches, events and reports.
Program Director, Master's Program in Biomedical Engineering
Marissa Gray, PhD
Dr. Gray manages and develops the master's program in Biomedical Engineering, including recruitment, advising, program design, and career development.
Dr. Schell is the Director of the Masters Program in Biotechnology. She advises and supports current Masters students throughout their time in the Program. She also fields questions from prospective Biotechnology masters students.
Training Grant Specialist
Brenda helps trainees find and apply for fellowships and grants, assists faculty with the preparation of training grant submissions, and provides template modules on various division/university resources.
Graduate Program Coordinator

Melissa Walsh, PhD
Dr. Walsh serves as a liaison between training grant principal investigators and administrators to assist in the preparation of proposals that support students and postdocs throughout BioMed. She is responsible for ethics training of all BioMed trainees and support for fellowship applications.
