Fellowships at Brown represents nationally competitive fellowships that fund domestic and international independent research and travel, teaching, and post-baccalaureate work or study. We currently support 21 different awards, ranging from the Rhodes, Marshall, Fulbright, Schwarzman, and Gaither Junior Fellows Program for seniors to the Truman, Goldwater, Udall, and Beinecke awards for sophomores and juniors, among many others. Many of these opportunities involve an internal campus process by which students are nominated for the respective national competitions.

Throughout this site you will find information about the range of nationally competitive opportunities that can support your interests, goals, and visions for the future. Browse this site to discover opportunities that align with your curiosities, passions, and dreams. Start by look up fellowships by name or by using our filter on the Find a Fellowship page, and learn to navigate the world of fellowships by absorbing the information in the Exploring Fellowships and Prepare Your Application links, among others.
