The Computational Biology Core (CBC) at Brown University (supported by the COBRE Center for Computational Biology of Human Disease) is teaming up with R/Bioconductor Staff to do two workshops to provide training on analysis, annotation, and visualization of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.
This second workshop will provide training on RNA Seq and ChIP Seq Analysis. Further details will be announced as the date gets closer. Registration will be on eventbrite through a link that will be provided by 2/7/18.
