Workshop with Jon Kabat-Zinn 3/18/17

On Satuday, March 18th, Jon Kabat-Zinn, the creator of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), held a day long mindfulness workshop at Brown University's Sayles Auditorium. 

Many members of the Brown and Providence communities came together for a workshop on Embodied and Enacted Wisdom in Dystopic Times; a day of Mindfulness Practice and Dialogue. Many thanks to Jon and everyone who attended for coming out to make the day so special!
