Fieldwork at the Joukowsky Institute
The Joukowsky Institute of Archaeology and the Ancient World has a very active fieldwork profile, presently sponsoring excavations and regional surveys at the Great Temple in Petra, Jordan, in southern Armenia (the Vorotan Project), Tongobriga in Portugal, Apollonia-Arsuf in Israel, and in Providence, Rhode Island. Brown graduate students and undergraduates are welcome to apply to participate in these endeavors, or to explore other fieldwork opportunities.
