What Are the Steps Required to Conduct a Postdoc Search?

Forms Required to Begin a Search

The Search process begins with the Postdoc Search Package, which contains the following:

  • Sample Chair Search Memo
  • Search Plan
  • Protected Groups List
  • Sample Advertisement - Attachment A
  • Sample Recruitment Letter - Attachment B

Please submit your Postdoc Search Request via this Google Form:  BIOMED POSTDOC SEARCH REQUEST.  This will initiate the process and you will receive a copy of your request.

Forms Required to End a Postdoc Search

Administrators should use the Request to Close Postdoc Search Summary, which includes:

  • Interim Pool Report
  • Diversity Report
  • Compliance Report
  • Diversity Report Update
  • CVs of all individual(s) chosen to hire
