Forms Required to Begin a Search
The Search process begins with the Postdoc Search Package, which contains the following:
- Sample Chair Search Memo
- Search Plan
- Protected Groups List
- Sample Advertisement - Attachment A
- Sample Recruitment Letter - Attachment B
Please submit your Postdoc Search Request via this Google Form: BIOMED POSTDOC SEARCH REQUEST. This will initiate the process and you will receive a copy of your request.
Forms Required to End a Postdoc Search
Administrators should use the Request to Close Postdoc Search Summary, which includes:
- Interim Pool Report
- Diversity Report
- Compliance Report
- Diversity Report Update
- CVs of all individual(s) chosen to hire
