Once you have customized the postdoc search package to meet your needs, please submit it via this Google Form.

Forms Required to End a Postdoc Search

Administrators should use the Request to Close Postdoc Search Summary, which is comprised of several brief, but important reports. PEP will provide certain data for these reports:

  • Interim Pool Report
  • Diversity Report
  • Compliance Report
  • Diversity Report Update
  • CVs of all individual(s) chosen to hire

Alternatively, faculty who are familiar with the Faculty Hiring Portal may utilize that directly. We ask that you let PECP know we can review them in the portal.

Please email the request to close postdoc search summary to [email protected] to begin the close search process.
