The Event Management team works with University sponsored events considered to be high profile or highly complex. The group also works with third party organizations that are seeking to rent space from the University. Event Support is the gateway into Facilities Management for any Brown University staff, student or faculty member planning their own event. Event Support coordinates all Facilities Management labor including custodial, carpentry and grounds, they order and coordinate the set up of equipment and they communicate with other departments to ensure that everything arrives on time.
