OVPR-Run NSF CAREER Mock Panel

During the week of June 24, 2024, ORSD will host a Mock Panel as part of the NSF CAREER Award events series. Faculty participants had the opportunity to register for this event by April 15, 2024, and submit their draft proposals by June 17, 2024.

The Mock Panel will simulate a real NSF review section, with scientists from various fields at Brown acting as reviewers. Before the live session, these reviewers will thoroughly read and critique the proposals, providing valuable insights and feedback. The Mock Panel sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of both the participants and the panelists. This event aims to help faculty refine their proposals and improve their chances of success in securing an NSF CAREER award. More information and resources can be found here.
