On February 15th, 2023, Dr. Freeman A. Hrabowski III, President Emeritus of UMBC, delivered the annual MLK Jr. Lecture,
hosted by the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity.  The Dillard University Women's Ensemble, directed by Dr. S. Carter Davenport,
performed several selections throughout the program.
