These maps show the change in geographic mobility, as reported by Google and generated from users who have turned on the Location History setting. .  Maps are for two types of activity (1) Workplaces; (2) Retail and Recreation.  They are for two points in time 29 March (0329) and 5 April (0405).
While Google’s technique can not necessarily capture all geographic mobility in a manner that would be desired for understanding social distancing, these maps do suggest that geographic mobility has declined substantially in Rhode Island, and comparatively more than in many other states.
