Han’s research is primarily about the social determinants and consequences of health inequality. His dissertation project evaluates how early childhood health affects children’s own and their siblings’ educational outcomes. At the PSTC, Han is working on a project evaluating individual and neighborhood vulnerability to the Spanish Flu of 1918.
