Dean's Postdoctoral Diversity Fellowship
The Dean’s Postdoctoral Diversity Fellowship program prepares scientists from groups historically underrepresented in the basic, biomedical, and behavioral sciences for careers in academia and other sectors. This two-year fellowship provides support for two promising PhD graduates to join our vibrant postdoc community and pursue research training with a faculty mentor in the Division of Biology and Medicine at Brown.

Disability Support for Graduate and Postdoctoral Trainees at Brown
Student and Employee Accessibility Services (SEAS) coordinates services within Brown University for students with physical, psychological, and learning disabilities. Offices throughout the University provide accommodations and services for these individuals. Anyone requesting an accommodation should register with SEAS. Registering with SEAS will not only allow the University to make appropriate accommodations for the individual, but there may also be a benefit for students and faculty seeking fellowship or grant opportunities, as they can then be identified as members of underrepresented groups. Every effort is made to insure the applicant's privacy in this process, and any concerns regarding the confidentiality of the individual's information can be discussed with SEAS at any point.
