Brown University is one of 36 colleges and universities around the world to be named a Changemaker Campus by Ashoka U - a designation offered to leading institutions in social innovation education that "share the vision for higher education to become the next global driver of social change by transforming the educational experience into a world-changing experience."

We were proud to host the Ashoka U Exchange, the world's largest convening for social entrepreneurship education, at Brown University in February 2014. The Exchange brings together 650 individuals from 150 institutions and 40 countries to share action-oriented best practices on how to foster a campus-wide culture of social innovation.
