Where is home to you? East Los Angeles, CA

I am Mexican-American as both of my parents were born in Jalisco, Mexico. I grew up in East Los Angeles, a primarily immigrant community, that was in my perspective very underfunded. This led me to be a community-oriented person because I wanted my community to have the resources that I saw in other communities.
