I'm a life-long scholar with a passion for understanding the workings of the natural world. My approach is multidisciplinary, and calls on evolutionary, ecological and ethnobotanical perspectives. Currently, I am focused on studying wild edible and medicinal plants.

How has Bonner impacted your time at Brown? Bonner has given me the opportunity, through the Partnership for Providence Parks, to see how work gets done from a grassroots perspective. In this way, my experience at Brown has been enriched by Bonner, as without the program I would be too caught up in theory and lacking in practical skills.
