Specifically, the project examined the aftermath of the Alien Act of 1798, the Smith Act of 1940 and the PATRIOT Act of 2001.

Connie received her J.D. from Harvard University and clerked with the US District Court for Massachusetts. She was an attorney with Skadden, Arpes, Slate, Meagher and Flom in New York City and specializes in government enforcement and white collar crime. She is currently the Assistant U.S. Attorney at the United States Attorney's Office.
