The Mousso Ladamoule Project: Community Empowerment Through Women's Education

Jessica coordinated a grassroots, community education program that seeks to redress some of the social and economic conditions that create gender-based discrimination and health vulnerabilities in Iriymajo, Mali.

Jessica currently lives in San Francisco and is the founder and Co-Executive Director of Project Muso. Project Muso partners with communities in Mali to address root causes of disease and poverty through community-based health care services, non-formal education, microfinance and community organizing. Prior to Project Muso Jessica worked with Partners in Health. Jess recently received her M.D. from the University of California at San Francisco.
